Default trans fault o/d off

Well last night my tranny decided it was gonna hurt my feelings and the truck feels real sluggish then jerks into second and slugs till it jumps into third and acts like its goin normal from there then the trans fault and o/d off came on the odom display and the truck clunks into reverse but hardly moves then in park it sounds like its whining and i ran my sct dtc on it and it shows wrong gear ratio for 1st and 2nd my research says it could be a few different things but thought id see what the experts thought of this situation.

So you think it was the tuner that cause it? Also how many miles are on your truck?

Ouch, that is alot! I was able to get mine for $1950 (including a differential reseal and oil change) with a 2 yr, unlimited miles warranty. But with that being said the extra grand might be worth that extra year!

I think it was just my tune shifted so hard it couldnt take it plus it seems these trannys in these trucks are prone to failure but my truck has 140k or so and yea its alot i could have got mine rebuilt for 1700 out the door but with no warranty so yea its supposed to go in friday until then i can just think of it as its in a coma waiting for the operation ha.
