Hey Guys, I have 04 FX4 166,000 miles on it, runs great, recently when it is put in drive it will no go anywhere but it will go in reverse. My question is this a trannmission issue. I was quoted at 1800 for a new one and 1100 to have it rebuilt, I feel there are many miles left on this truck, that is why I am asking and I am not ready to depart with it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also I don't know anything about the transmissions for that year, on if there were any issues with them.
