What do you mean when you say hitch? The 2 inch receiver bolts on to the frame under your truck. You will need to be year specific on that. If you're refering to the equalizing hitch setup, well, they fit in any 2 inch receiver. I've used the same one on a 1987 E-350 and a brand new Expedition. I'm pretty sure you'll have to keep the same brand on the 2 pieces (truck vs trailer).
