Default 4.2l Performance

Hey guys I'm new to the site, I was just wondering if anyone new of any mild performance mods I could do to help with towing? I have an 08 F150 with the 4.2l V6 5speed, all stock. Any info you be greatly appreciated!

All the mods that are done to the 4.6 and 5.4's will help on the 4.2's as well. CAI, exhaust, and tuners are the most bang for the buck.

By the way, there's a "6 cylinder section" that addresses these issues quite a bit.

For the record, I have a 4.2 in my 2005 STX. I wish I had that 6 speed manual!
