Default Headlights: 2 Part Question

What's up? I have a 2008 F150 5.4L Lariat Supercrew and everything pretty much stock. First part: Both of my headlights, but mainly my right one, has a nasty film/specks all over it.. While it doesn't affect my light output, or not noticeably, it doesn't look good up close. Any ideas on how to clean it or what to use?

Second part: Every light on my truck is a pure white LED and I absolutely love them.. Except the front of my truck.. Headlights and fog lights are stock and look like stained yeller teeth on a perfectly white grill. Chances are I'll probably end up getting 6000K HIDs again, but I'm all about staying as close to stock/spending the least money (frugal, not cheap)/fixing things as least as possible.. Had a few friends who had to keep replacing ballasts, bulbs, etc.. I had a set (bought them for $90 heads/fogs from Kings Flea Market in Houston on MLK Jr. Drive, yes, the same place Lil' Flip filmed a few rap videos) and was lucky they worked for 2 years straight without a problem. Before I go that route, are there any other options to achieve that "white" or "not so yellow" look I'm going for?? (Sylvia Silverstars, Xenon, Bulb replacement, etc??) - Don't be scared to post pics and show me!! I'm attaching a few pics of the ugly headlight and my truck.. Thanks.

Have any pics? How "white" are they? I told myself I would never drive another vehicle without HIDs, but am totally satisfied with this. Don't get messed at all from cops, looks great and doesn't attract too much attention or **** too many people off.. Haha.

I went with the Hella Optilux bulbs for mine and they are a nice white/blue crisp light.

H13 65w/55w (Hella H71071272) for headlight

H10 42w (Hella H71071252) or H10 65w (Hella H71071012) for fog light

Guess I'm just gonna give the Silverstar's a try.. Tired of looking/researching.. Not too many pictures available, but did find one good thread about which bulb/bulbsize you need and a review of the lights for the price and the color of the lights/longevity .. Hopefully Silverstar's are what I'm looking for and don't have any blue tint to them.

Of course. SilverStars aren't even close to the dullest shade of white.. It looks like a brighter yellow..

Yes sir, that is why I went with the Hella bulbs. They are reasonably priced and I have no complaints so far. Got the bulbs from Summit:

Any pictures....? Hell, the damn site doesn't even have any pictures.. Amazing. Ah, I'll just stay stock. Anyone want to buy a set of 'used' Sylvania SilverStars? H13, 65/55 watt, have been used for less than 7 seconds.

For some reason there aren't a lot of pics out there.. Only saw 15-20.. They are definitely better tonight.. You can tell the dim yellow is gone and a brighter/stronger quality headlight is in.. Not pure white, but that's unrealistic to even think a halogen could compare.. I'm satisfied. Not for $40, but live and learn.. Happy Late Father's Day if I decide to upgrade.. Thanks for the suggestion on the Hella's.. Thanks for nothing, everybody else.. Haha
