Torque converter symptoms but replaced converter

Torque converter symptoms help!!!!!!!!
I have a 2007 Ford F150 5.4l 4×4 flex fuel
Symptoms:
Booging between 15 and 20 miles per hour
When slowing at low speeds shutter until break is applied
When For a few minutes when shifted into drive from park engine stalls but is Intermittent.
No CEL light
Things I did to try and fix:
Cleaned Mass air flow sensor
Clean throttle body
Replaced all 8 spark plugs motorcraft
Checked coil packs
New torque converter no change to issue even after replaced
*Please help

Did you replace boots and springs
Replace them all and clean all cop contacts especially the high volts tab . use
a small amount of dielectric on boots . MC sp 515's failing right out of the box high failure rate . New plugs sp 546 .

Bogging and stalling....maybe sounds fuel delivery related..

Thanks all for the input. I got the fuel pump/pressure checked within tolerance. I'm going to drop it off at the shop today. Im thinking it's on of those TSB. Found one that specially sounds just like what mines doing. Hope that's the issue because It would be the Bball in the tranny.
