These are all along the same lines as what I was originally thinking. Thanks for all of the input though. Great Ideas! I will try and work on something this weekend but I never did think of using actual "toolbox organizers" like you would in a roll-around or over a work bench. This is a really good idea and I think it will work for me. Thanks again for all of the help.

like already said.. milk crates work great and are cheap

I bought some boat trailer carpet from parts house that's black to match toolbox and some what I call 3m headliner spray glue and glued the carpet on the bottom and up the sides to the sliding tray rail. It dampens noise. Prevents that grey film from aluminum boxes. I dont really have a problem with stuff sliding. Easy to install. I have had my box lined fro about 7 years with no problems.
