285/75/17 on a 8.5" wide wheel with 0 Offset. What will I need to raise it to fit on a 2005 4wd?

Don't need to raise it at all IMO. I had something just a little bigger than that on my truck before with no lift and no rubbing

id like to have 275/75/r18 wildpeaks but I also like the look of 33x12.5/20, just want to confirm those are a fit in this situation, thanks. Also what’s the biggest tire I can use with 18s? I really like the taller tires over overall diameter
I know I’m quite a bit late but wanted to share mine with you. I had a completely stock 08 F150 King Ranch with stock tires and no lift. Stock tires were P275/65R18 with a 6x135mm bolt pattern and 7.5 wide. Very comfortably went up to P275/55R20 with these rims having a dual bolt pattern of 6x135 and 6x139.7; which I thought was cool; and 9 wide, still no lift. I’m not a fan of them honestly but I like the look of some. Wasn’t going for a big change, just a little face lift. I am very content with the feel and look of mine.

the 6 on 135 and 6 on 139.7 is the bore not off set and you went down in tire size 65 to 55. I'm not a fan of those wheels.

Default 325s on 7.5inch wheels?

Just bought a 2004 SuperCrew 4x4 XLT with a 2" leveling kit. The wheels are Ford 18x7.5 inch and the tires are Goodyear Wrangler Territory ATs, 325/65R18. I get a little rubbing when I turn the wheel hard-over to either side but nothing significant. I'm curious if I am OK with the 325s on the stock 7.5inch wheels? I believe the recommendation for the 325s is at least 9inch wheels...how risky is keeping the set-up the way it is? Thanks!

They say it's not safe and others say it's fine. Some tire shops won't mount them that way, and then again you can find some that will. I bought new wheels with the proper width for my 35's. 20x9 35x12.50. I did have 305's on stock wheels which are the max recommended I believe.
