Either will work.. depends on what you want.. +1 will stick out of the fender a little more than the +20's

Can I use Back to black on my tires to spiff them up a bit? Nowhere on the instruction label does it mention tires.

Yes, that's what I use for tires. No / low gloss, and seems to last

Thank you Trio. I did it and I am not unhappy with the results. Sort of a soft black.

Default 2008 F150 Bday present

My son has a 2008 F150 Lariat, 2.5 inch level kit. It has 20 inch factory rims. He wants a aggressive look to it but not over the top lifted etc. Any one have recommendations for wheel sizes and tires? The truck is black/chrome

Some nice 305/55/20 trail grapplers on stock 20's would look sweet. I ran the same combo on my black 08 except I had BFG KM2's which are very expensive..https://www.f150forum.com/g/picture/1409896

I guarantee that if you put a 12.5 on a stock wheel you will blow out your side wall. That is too much tire to stuff on a 7.5 wheel. The widest you should ever go on a stock F150 wheel is 11.5 and be careful for all those pavement princesses out there not to hit that stupid curb in the Walmart parking lot when you get your groceries. For everyone else in the Southwest US, you already know what I'm talking bout.
