ive searched and haven't came up with much. I have an 06 Screw fx4 with oem 20" wheels and leveling kit.
right now im running 275/65r20 wrangler ats and was wondering if I could fit 35x12.50r20 cooper stt's without rubbing.

some say it will fit fine, and others say i need spacers up front

It may rub some with those tires and the large lugs. trimming the front valance will be required.

07 XLT S-crew with 17"x7.5", 5.5" backspacing stock steel wheels. What would it take and/or if it's even possible to mount a set of 17"x8.5" Raptor aluminum wheels. I'm not sure of their backspacing. If they set to deep into the wheel wells, could I use a spacer on the hub?

Raptor wheels and tires will fit fine with a level. No spacer needed

Will I have rubbing if I don't use a level to lift the front? I don't haul or tow much so instead of lifting the front I've already lowered the rear with an 1.5" shackle.

The rims in question are 17x8.5. If possible, I plan to use my current 255/65-17 tires.

Question 05 F150 STX 4x4 Tires

Time for new tires on the old girl. I'm currently running 285/70/17 BFG's. Stock rims, 17x7.5.
Installing a Hell Bent Steel 2.5" leveling kit when the new tires get put on.

I'm stuck between:

Nitto Terra Grappler G2's 285/70/17

Mickey Thompson Deegan 38's 305/65/17

or

another set of the trusty BFG's in the same size

I really like the Deegans but I'm worried about the 305 going on my 7.5" stock rim? Any thoughts?

If you stay with skinny tires you should be fine. People only rub with 33s or bigger and 12" or wider tires.

305s will fit, just watch pressures because you can wear out the centers running on a narrow rim with too much pressure.

Look at some 285-75 R17 tires. Toyo and Nitto both make some all-terrains in that size.
