I like sticking with the stock size because it doesnt screw up my speedometer/odometer and gas mileage.

My tires are 235/75/17's.

I just ordered the hankook dynapro atm rf10 thru discounttiredirect. Also stuck with 265/70/17 so as not to screw up my mpg. Bought a wheel and tire pkg and think I got a great deal with free shipping. I dont haul a trailer, so I stuck with p rated. Read nothing but good reviews on the tire and consumer reports rated high.... we'll see.

I put General Grabber H/Ts on my truck last year and love them. Ride great on highway and in snow. I do not not go off-road so they work good for me. Make sure you rotate or they will get chopped.

Got my Hankooks mounted today. Love em. They ride real smooth for an at. They replace general grabber hts's. Like apple 150 said they are a great tire in all seasons, especially for the price. Just rotate. I wanted a more aggressive tread that would work with occasional light offroad. Lots of choices out there. By the way, now that I have 2 sets of wheels, I can swap out whenever I feel like it.

im getting tires put on tomorrow im going with some yokohama geolander ats tires from my local coop. $176/tire installed. they are replacing some "Peerless Widetrack Bajas" that i have loved, and would buy again but cant get them anymore. they have been on the truck for about 60k miles now and the fronts still have about 3/32nds left and the rears have about 2/32nds left. pretty good for $450 installed back in 2005.

only reason that i am going with these tires is that my dads company puts them on all their f150 service trucks that spend about 50-50 on off road. i took a ride with my dad in one of the trucks that had about 15k on the tires that is driven daily by a 19y/o service guy and they still looked close to new. and i see how he drives like a dip****** tearing around, and the truck still ran nice and smooth on the highway and when we went off road into the mud and it performed very well in some slimy mud/clay that was way worse than i would ever drive my truck into intentionally.

oh yeah...they also come with a 50k mile warranty.

I was dealing with the local discount tire rep today and he said they were getting some negative feed back from rugged terrain owners. I will be getting some Cooper discoverer at3s in a week.

x2 on the coopers,

I have also had great experience with maxxis bighorns 35x12.5 killer offroad and suprisingly quiet and smooth on the highway
