Tire Noise..
Hello everyone.. I'm hoping I can get some answers about my corny problem because no one else can seem to help.. I have a 2005 f150 2 wheel drive and this loud humming noise coming from my right front tire will not go away.. I thought it might have been the bearing but I was told that it probably isn't.. It goes away when I turn right and the load on the tire is taken off.. Any ideas??
It could be that your tire is cupped. I would start there. If that isn't it, I would definetly have bearing as a second guess. Try jacking up that side that the tire is on and try to jiggle it back and forth at the 12 & 6 o'clock position of the wheel. If there is play than you know your bearing might be worn out.
