yea i got kinda spray happy lol, im letting them dry off some to see where theyre at then im gonna go back to it, im sandin with 800 and 1000 hopefully it will all turn out good

You may want to use some finer paper. I was using 1500 on mine.

yea for sure, 1500. 2000 wet and then some scratch x, should look like glass when your done.

Rubbing compound would be better IMO. ScratchX is more of a "color transfer coverup" deal. If you really want them glossy the trick is to coat the clear just heavy enough so it does not run, than wetsand with the 1500-2000 and buff it out. If you have a DA polisher it will yield better results than by hand but with enough time you can accomplish the same results.

ScratchX will work better than rubbing compound IMO
