Default Ticking noise from engine solution

Someone may have already posted something similar but just in case. I may have found the solution to the ticking noise you get from the engine.

I have a 2006 Ford F150 4X4 5.4L Triton V8. I had that ticking noise coming from my engine. I replaced the plugs, coils and checked all of the wiring on the engine. I did find one broken plug in one of the cylinders. I even talked to other mechanic friends of mine and they said the same thing. Rocker arms are loose and need to be tightened and that could be expensive. It may not even work after you tighten them. After a couple more months went by I finally had problems with my battery and went to the auto parts place to replace it.
After I replaced the battery and started the truck, the ticking noise was gone. I couldn't believe it. The damn ticking noise was gone. It seems the coils weren't getting the correct voltage and the ticking noise came from the coils and sparks plugs themselves. It has been running great ever since.

Most of the ticking noise heard with these engines is just simple the injectors working. If you use a stethoscope to listen to things you can pin point noisy injectors but glad you got your noise taken care of!
