Default Ticking for 20 Seconds on Cold Startup

2008 Screw 5.4. Truck has a ticking sound that lasts for about 20 seconds on cold start ups only. If the engine is still warm when I crank it again, it cranks smooth.

What do I need to be looking at when I pop the hood trying to nail down this ticking sound? I don't think it's normal. At least, I don't recall hearing it before.

Exhaust manifold either cracked or warped. My 08' does the same thing on cold starts till the manilfold gets warmed up. Mine is on the passenger side manifold sometime when you start it cold take a listen above the passenger front tire and you'll hear exactly where its coming from. Not a easy task to change out on the passenger side from I've read.
