Thank you all for your straightforward and helpful comments. Good to know, I was under the impression that it was tuned, but this makes sense that it wouldn't be anymore (far from sluggish though and with the CAI and exhaust it blows my friends King Ranch away). As for the warranty, the dealership wouldn't offer their "certified" used warranty because of the CAI and exhaust. I don't know if they had any idea it was ever tuned or not. Now I am interested in getting it tuned and seeing what I can unleash out of this beast. Will do a search and figure out which tuners work best for my application.

Superchips is supposedly adding support for various CAIs on the 3V V8s as they build support files, and a registered owner can access these via the company's web updater utlity.
No clue if they charge anything for this service, or how many ROM updates they'll do for a registered user before they start charging for each change. I might call to find out myself, since I'll be in the market for a programmer after the new year!
