Default Superchip cortex?

I have a superchip cortex programmer that I used on my old powerstroke and I'm curious if they are any good on the 5.4? I put it on for about 10min once but didn't leave it on because I didn't want to tear things up. What are y'all's opinions on them?

Not familiar with that programmer but I would be very surprised if any programmer that is for a diesel engine would work on a gas engine.
