Default Super 10 or Super 44 muffler

I've been reading around and from what I can tell is that the super 44 and super 10 seem to be the best sounding.

Now also as I read along, I see a lot of people saying to pull out cats and to not pull out cats.

So my question is which of these mufflers would sound best on a stock 2006 F-150 5.4L.

Note: I'm not taking cats off, PA is a bitch for inspections and emissions.

I've also looked at the Super 40 since it comes in the complete cat back kit which would make my life easier and cheaper since I can install it myself.

But, i've had people tell me that it will run me about the same $ wise to buy the super 44/10 muffler and have a shop make a custom dual.

So confused on what to do! haha

Seems like a hell of a deal.. Is their really a big sound difference between a true dual and a single in dual out muffler?

I just had a si/do super 44 put on my 5.4 FX4 and it doesn't sound so great, real loud but high pitched at low rpms then sounds stock at high rpms. Just my opinion though. I may be swapping mine out with something else

Go magnaflow or dump ax bullets. I just pull off my super 40 system and replaced it with a magnaflow set up. The super 40s tend to drone at lower rpms, sounds good at WOT

It's so hard to pick when I haven't heard many.. I've heard my friends with the american thunder and it sounds good. He's done headers and all that though and I just want a simple cat back system.

Basically I want what will sound the best without spending a crazy amount of cash.

IMO I would go magnaflow also, pretty positive that's what I'm most likely swapping for
