I traded my kicker 15" for two 10" mtx's in a custom f150 box and the design puzzled me the first time I saw it. It slopes down on top, with the sub facing down. There's a small lip built on to the box though that keeps the subs from hitting the floor. The box actually was one long piece, taking up the entire back seat. I cut it down into two separate boxes so I could mount my amp under the seat too.
Not a bad idea.......... I wonder if those subs have the cubic feet they are supposed to have, but.......... without getting all crazy, it's hard to put a system in these trucks.........
My idea is to create a custom center console with 3 12s..... but, $ talks....... and right now, I just don't have enough to start that project.

HAHAH so funny isn't it? First of all yesterday was my FIRST day on here and had NO IDEA I wasn't supposed to post stuff like that on here. Idk what a thread is or any of that stuff. It really just goes to show how unfriendly all this is. No one here approched it telling me how I wasn't supposed to be doing that because it obviously says joined April 2016. No one tried to help me learn things about this. Your comment was completely uncalled for sir

Anyway, going forward, stick around. We could use a head that knows about speaker boxes. I don't see too many of them in this forum.
