Default Subwoofer Box Under Rear Seat

I have been trying to figure out a subwoofer box design to put a single 10 in. sub under my rear seat for ground fire. I can't seem to find any kind of plans out there. I have started on my own design and it doesn't seem to fit properly. If anyone has plans or knows somewhere where I can find some that would be great.

use a tape measure and measure the dimensions under your seat first

was looking around for one myself. i had a pro box rocks 12' sub enclosure behind my regular cab '93 seat... sounded awesome... not exactly a downfire but looks like a pretty sweet design.

Yeh i would agree, order one. I just ordered a single 10 enclosure off amazon for $60. You can get the dual ones for about $100. Ill share how it turns out and try and post pics.

I traded my kicker 15" for two 10" mtx's in a custom f150 box and the design puzzled me the first time I saw it. It slopes down on top, with the sub facing down. There's a small lip built on to the box though that keeps the subs from hitting the floor. The box actually was one long piece, taking up the entire back seat. I cut it down into two separate boxes so I could mount my amp under the seat too.

Where do you mount the jack and the tools if your subs are there now?

here's a link to mine. it has a 12" stock sony box that's not a perfect fit, the amp under the seat, and relocated jack.

I have the q logic/saleen 10in box. IT doesnt take up much space and allows me to keep the jack and keep an amp under the 80% section of the seat.
