Actually, the 5100 would just be a shock, not a strut. I took it as he was looking for full coil over assemblies, which people refer to a lot as struts for these trucks, even though they technically aren’t struts but are coil over shocks. But that’s not a debate we need to get into.

Thank you Gentlemen for the responses so far.
Maybe I should have been more specific, but I'm looking for the complete strut assembly including the springs.
Something like this:

If anyone has anymore opinions, I'd like to hear them.

I went with the eibach kit that comes with springs shocks for the front and rear. Cost was about $500.

if you want to level the truck by raising the front, get the ranch quick lifts. You can also use a spacer on top of a coil over set up and achieve similar results.

I only wanted to raise the front of my truck very slightly so I went with Monroe quick struts and used a small 1/2” spacer on top. Well, it was to lift it 1/2” not the actual thickness of the spacer.

OK, so I bought the Rancho"s and had them installed. The front of my truck looks great, and it's back to riding like a truck, but now the rear end needs to be raised to level it out. Any suggestions? Will the matching Rancho shocks do the job? Thanks again.

So the rear is lower than the front? The Ranchos should have leveled you, not made the front higher than the rear. Unless your rear leaf springs are worn out and sagging. Does the truck still have its rear factory 2” blocks between the leaf springs and axle?

What are your current front and rear measurements when measuring from center of the wheel to the fender?
