Default cam phaser knock

be for you spend a lot of time and money on this problem. change oil to motocraft syn blend use mc 820s filter add one can seafoam drive 1000 mile and change oil and filter again add 10 oz seafoam drive 3000 miles change oil and filter again this time no seafoam use only mc 820s filter and 5-20 mc syn blend oil. if nothing is broke in side phaser or lifters this works every time magic nor realy read the owners manual
