My girlfriends 08 F-150 lariat has a 6 disk stock cd player and for some reason it will not load a disk and if i try to eject it sounds like it is trying to eject but says no disk. Is there a reset button on the stock cd player or any way i can fix this so it works?

Had the same issue. From what I've heard......it's trashed.

I was looking at a site for getting my explorer radio fixed. They had a FAQ section and said disconnect the battery for several minutes and see if it resets the changer.

The gear inside the disc changer probably cracked.

That's what happened to mine too..........broken gear......I took mine apart to see why it
wouldn't work...I took the CD unit out of the radio, I just use the mp3 plug with my smart phone and sometimes I just listen to the radio.
