Question Sad day! Have to switch to winter rims.

Well they are predicting snow so the rims have to be swapped. Stock FX4 rims and tires just look tiny

why do you have to swap them ha I live in georgia but I didnt think snow damaged rims lol

Salt carrodes rims also people do it so they can have snow tires and ect.. if you live in a snowy state its a good idea to have snow tires...

what brand of winter tire are you using? im in saskatchewan, canada, and we already have 3" of snow and -10c and my 2wd lariat is crap with the goodyear wranglers on. im thinking about a set of bridgestone blizzaks.
i had these tires on the car i had last year, and they were fab.

Nothing special just the rugged trails that came on it. They aren't the best for traction, but they do the job with weight in the bed.

My friend had goodyear wrangler duratracs and i was all kinda of impressed. I was actually going to put a set on my truck once mine wore out (also from saskatchewan, canada)

they did mud, snow, and highway travel like a champ!

Nice looking truck Nobman, I like your personal touches. I actually moved to Iowa less than a year ago from Lansing. Your going to have to be careful with that lower valance in the Michigan snow.
