Default Stain running around sunroof?

Hello, new to the forums! Yes, I have looked into what it could be and it's either the glue or condensation. I have blown air into both drain holes (initially there was debris covering the holes). I'm not sure if the stain got less uniform after I cleaned it and it rained here. It's not soaking wet on the stain, it feels cool to the touch. I would come across an area where it would seem moist but then I'd rub my fingers together and it wouldn't be wet. Same with trying to mop it with a paper towel. The stain isn't brown, it's more like a clear stain that is slightly darker than the headliner. No stains by the pillars or on the carpet either. I also stuck my fingers between the sunroof cover and head liner above the stain area and that was dry aside from some sticky stuff. Am I over reacting?

If you had a clogged drain, it's possible you likely corrected the problem. Keep an eye on it to see if it gets any larger.

I have the same thing and just assumed it was the glue.

Went thru this same thing with my wife's car. It would happen after she parked under a tree, which allowed debris to not let the device seal properly when closing.
You can wipe away the stain with a product called Folex. spray it lightly on the stain area and blot it with a clean, dry cloth.

The root cause though is a plugged drain line?

Thank you! I'll try the Folex

Well it's either that or the seals are REALLY poor. Or if it's a very uniform stain all the way around, it's likely the glue.

My '04 does not have that discoloration.
I did repair the sunroof tracks over 4 years ago.
Truck does not have inside storage. Is always out in the elements.
Did have the third taillight leak also over 4 years back - made a new gasket.
No stains so far - knock on wood.

You never even had your drain holes clogged even out in the elements??

I blew them out when I repaired the sunroof tracks.
Never again.
