Default Squeaking noise coming from rear

So I put my truck in reverse and as I started moving I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the rear that went with the speed of the wheels I only hear it in reverse not drive I was thinking wheel bearing but wouldn't it happen in both drive and reverse?

U-JOINT classic symptom of a bad one. Drop the drive shaft (takes about ten minutes) and you will easily tell which one is bad.
