Same exact sound on my truck.. It's your back door.. You need to adjust it, I have a SuperCab (small door) Here is a test to see if I am correct.. Stick a cloth / towel on the bottom over the metal piece that the small door locks into and then get in your truck and close you drivers door. I bet you it will go away, it drove me nuts for the longest time!!

I will try to door trick when I go to work but I guess it could also be something in the dash as said above. I did notice that when I turn the ignition off it makes the noise really quick.
