I installed a set of these in my 4.2 V6 ('05 STX). I remove my plugs every 6 to 8 thousand miles to inspect how each cylinder is doing. I have a set of "plain jane" champions, and currently the Bosh platinum 2's. I have to admit, the idle really smoothed out with the Bosh plugs; I used to have a slight stumble every once in awhile. Smooth as silk right now. My SCANGUAGE II does not show any big increase in gas mileage though, so don't pay the bigger bucks for them if you expect that.
