Just had a issue with the torque specs on mine last week, 3 plugs were loose. And one broke in 4 peices. And plugs have only been in for 4 months with 12k km. Never again using motorcraft sp515 plugs. Next change is champions

With or without antiseize. Ive heard of plugs backing out because of antiseize.

Thanks for all the advice. I'm gonna give the mc sp 515 a chance. As far as removing the original plugs does anybody have any tips on the hot method using an impact wrench. I wanna try that since I've seen people get them all out without breaking any! Thanks!!
