how many miles did you all have before changing the plugs? I did mine at 62K and got them all out without any breaking. I followed the tech bulletin plus all the tips that I could find.

I wasn't brave enough to wait that long. I changed mine out of fear of them breaking.

Well despite Ford's best efforts I was finally successful today. I guess it required some time to sit with the PB blaster, me having a good nights rest and really cranking down on the first part of the Lisle tool. I was able to get it to grab ever so slightly and put a lot of pressure as I was tapping the metal sleeve and finally pulled it out. I cleaned all my COPS and put them back in and hooked everything back up and voila. Seems to run about the same, but idles better. The plugs I took out (112k miles, original plugs) were in pretty bad shape so I'm glad to have the new 515s in.

Thanks for all the tips guys
