I have the 2004 f150 fx4 with a 5.4L....when the truck is at idol and you have the hood open and you listen it sounds like a constant ticking noise...i dont think it happens anywere but idol...you cant really hear it at all when the hood is closed...but i wasnt sure if it was just the injectors making noise or?...sounds more prominent on the drivers side...any help is appreciated...thanks

well actually never mind...i found a vid online of a ford tech training and it goes thru all the normal sounds the truck should make and any noise that mine is making is totally normal...thanks anyway
