Learned a new detail trick
Hey All, I learned a new detailing trick.
I was unhappy with the products I was using on the rubber window trim. Here in So Cal our water is very hard and leaves rubber and plastic with spots. The Turtle wax trim restore product was recommended to me.
I went to O'Reily's to pick it up. I was chatting with the guy at the store and he told me to use CLR to clean the rubber forst and then use the turtle wax trim restorer product. I said Huh?
Well I did it and the rubber trim around the windows looked "clean", then I applied the restorer product and it looks great.
I would have never thought to use CLR but it works.
