Default Smoothest riding truck

What is better as far as a better riding truck? I'm deciding. Eternal a 2.5 inch suspension lift or a 3 inch body lift

Yep.

To OP...define what you are looking for in a definition for "smooth", as I don't see this with any lifted truck over stock.

body lift will not affect your springs (ride) but will affect handling. If you want smooth and lifted go with a "off road race shop SYSTEM" like for a pre-runner, not a $500 one size fits all kit from XYZ company.
