I'm interested as I've been chasing the same rough idle for quite a while. I've changed plugs, COP's, cleaned throttle body, cleaned MAF sensor, changed out the deteriorated vapor hose ($44 at Tasca or $77+ 9.25% tax from dealer, no brainer here) from the EVAP cannister purge valve to the passenger side back of the intake (part # 4L34-9D289-BG on a 04 5.4L), replaced the foam around the air filter tray, even updated VCT solenoids, and more than one injector cleaner. Not a single code, but a nuisance never-the-less.

Definitely curious about the new gas tank.

I too have had this problem for over a year and a half. After new (about everything) it's still there. I wish there was a program we could plug in and get readings on everything from vacuum to mechanical. After all, it is only a computer on wheels.

Sorry to hear that. Posting the whole story is on my list of things to do. I'll try to get to it today and share it with you all.
