Default Skateboard grip tape on my running boards

Put some Independent skateboard grip tape on my running boards today.

I would have put the print all the way down it, but it would have took 3 sheets of grip tape on each one. I didn't want to spend $60 on this project.

Don't know if I like it or not yet. Will get them mounted back on the truck tomorrow.

I have a elderly mother that I have to give rides to her doctor appointments and such. Otherwise I would just take them off.
She almost busted her *** getting in the truck when it was wet so I had to put something on there..

I'll get them mounted tomorrow and take some pics.

3m makes Safety Walk tape for stuff like this. I needed the 2.5" wide tape, found a 60' roll for $45 on eBay, which I think is an ok deal.

I have the same issue, elder grandmother, I'm thinking about using a roll on bed liner. At the moment I just made a small wooden step for her to just walk up instead of replying on first step onto the sidesteps.

Mounted back on the truck. I like it. I've gotten two complements on them already from random people.
