Sill plate clip?

Yes, it's the inner 'running board' or sill plate some may call it a kick plate. Once you open the door its the plastic piece that runs from front of cab to the rear on my 05 xlt extended cab.

I'd like to know where to buy the whole sill from. All they show online is for 4 doors and I have the extended cab but my sills are like 5' long with the hump in it for the back door. It's one piece

When you put the sill plate back, do you put the clips on the sill plate or in the body first? When I took mine off, half were on the plate and the others still on the body.
