Its the side panel thats vibrating. Not the kick plate

I will when i get home. To get a better understanding of it, its the plastic panel on the side with the hole in it inside the cab that meets the black cup in the door.

and it does not come off.. correct

Thats where it is vibrating from. right where the door meets that plastic. If i put something in between that space, the vibrating stops.

Are there aftermarket speakers in the door ?

I don't think so. It does have a pioneer touch screen head unit though. Also looks like someone has been messing around underneath the kick plate because it has a remote start. It's not the speakers though. It's the side plastic vibrating on the sides of the dash where the hole cutout is.
