I installed a Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit. Also recently replaced both front coil springs and struts. Running Nitto Terra Grappler 305/70 R17's.

3" puts a lot of stress on the upper ball joint and axle shafts. Most will recommend a 2.5" or 2" depending on the year of you truck. By looking at my 2.5" the angles are kinda harsh, almost wish I had gone with a 2" level. That said its your truck, go with what you want

There are plenty of guys on here that are running 3" levels for 1yr plus with no issues... If you have worn parts or beat the crap out of your truck then you are going to have issues... Or issues occurring faster that Normal..... I wouldn't blame the kit... User error... The same happens with any level that is stacked on top of worn parts and no alignment..

Exactly! Ive only had my 3" on for little over a month and its still doing good. No problems, and just went offroading this weekend climbing hills and rocks and she is still holding up great! But to each their own. I know some people feel better playing safe, I don't mind, if something goes wrong ill take it off and go to dealership and have warranty fix it! lol
