Should I be concerned about a high mileage 2007?

Yeah I think and 09+ has many advantages, 6-speed trans, larger backseat, updated styling and newer technology. I'm actually wanting a XLT, I don't need all the bells and whistles I just need a nice truck that works. I just happened upon that Lariat and it seem like a nice option to save some money.

That KBB value is going to change pretty drastically depending on where you live. I have an 05 Lariat super crew with the 5.4. Here in Idaho KBB sets the price around 17k. It has 101 thousand on it. In my opinion if your hesitating then it's not the truck for you. When you see "you're" truck then you will know. Just trust your gut. It's a big investment so make sure you get what you want. Good luck! And make sure post some pics when you find her.

On the good side of things the 5.4 is also in the 09-11 so it's basically a choice between which body style you prefer but 13 seems a bit steep in price

I agree. Too high a price. My 2007 with 100K was sold to me for 11K from a dealer; dealers usually will sell for a higher price then privately.

I second that. If your having doubts, just keep looking.

The 5.4 in that truck might be the updated version, but you would have to find the build date to be sure.

That would be one difference, as my F150 is not a 4x4. Would that reflect a 2K difference though in price?

The build date off the door jam is 02/07, does that tell you if its the updated version or not? Or do you need engine build date?
