Who needs that third bolt anyways . Mines a 08 so should be same as 00-04 stang bracket wise. Making a new intake tubing and extending wires is the easy stuff getting pulleys to line up,belt, brackets the tricky part

I was thinking the same thing on the bolt holes. From what I found out pretty much anything I order, I would order as if I was driving a 04 mustang. I also have a 08 screw

I just checked them out. Definitely safe solid gains! Do they make a kit to convert it from mustang setup to truck setup?

That was my issue. But since the accessories on the front are in different spots. It becomes a pain

The 2v 4.6s aren't that powerful and it takes a lot to get them going. Seems most people would rather engine swap since it's cheaper, which makes sense. I don't like to think outside the box, I like to expand it.

You might look around and introduce yourself to the Mustang crowd. See if you can find somebody who could help you install/fabricate a turbo set-up under the hood. There are the kits out there that install under the bed area, but I'm leary about a turbo there because I go off road and the mud/water/grass would be problematic. A guy I work with built his own TC systems for his street-strip '69 Camaro, and also for a strip-only Mazda RX-3...and that has a Wankel engine. He's walked me through the parts (wa-aaay cheaper than a SC project) and procedure more than once. I just have too many other financial priorities to pop for that project at the moment.

There's a guy with a TC 2003 4.6 Mustang who lives nearby, ...sounds pretty cool idling down the dirt road. It will move quick on pavement.

Quick Reply: Shelby Supercharger on a 2004 4.6???
