Default Shelby GT500 Hood Vent Installed

So last week I was ordering new bed caps from Tasca and clicked over to the Shelby parts and found the hood vent is only $63. Couldn't help myself. Can't own the car right now but I can at least add a touch of it to my truck.
I'll post some install pics and instructions. What do ya'll think?

Thanks guys. Yes I cut the hood using a jig saw and a metal cutting blade. Did some under heat test copying a test I did when I installed my custom CAI. When I performed that test it was 69F outside and after idling for 13 mins under hood temps rose to 140F. Today I repeated the test. Outside was 82F so up 13 degrees but under hood temps never exceeded 118F. Down 22 degrees. Very pleased.

Next project is a Street Scene fiberglass cowl and a 90mm Ford Motorsports throttle body.
