Seeking advice on vacuum/pcv routing for my turbo setup

Ok so your question led to a question of my own noted in the post above. I put the same test into effect but this time put it in gear and revved it to about 2500 (as much as I could without moving the truck). Within seconds the oil return line backed up and oil EVERYWHERE. So now I have to find a way to reduce the crankcase pressure or force the oil into the pan. What are my options? The pump you are talking about? Tapping my oil pan and running a breather/catch can for that? Remember this test was also performed with no restrictor on the oil feed line. With that said I can still see the crankcase pressure causing a backup in the return line under long periods of being under load/boost even with the restrictor in place.

I just read some of your other posts. I was thinking remote-mount rear turbo, but yours is in front and up high... You should have no problem getting oil back into the pan.
One thing that may be a problem is foaming of the oil in the turbo, but I don't know if that's even an issue.
Can you post a pic of where your oil return goes back into the pan? pics of the whole set-up?

I'm kinda inclined to think their oil feed restrictor is too big and is over-pressuring the turbo. what's the inside diameter of the restrictor? These might also be some garbage chinesium turbochargers, too.

I'm leaning towards having too much crankcase pressure under load/boost. I found a 3.8 GPM pump for a STS kit for cheap I can put in to return the oil to the pan. And yes, they were cheap China turbos. I can't afford a "name brand" turbo but I am switching to a cxracing ball bearing turbo versus what I had which was a journal bearing turbo from godspeed. I don't know the exact size of the restrictor but I would be surprised if a ball point pen tip would fit in it.

How about dis-connecting all of your crankcase breather set-up to the can and letting the hoses blow to the atmosphere for a test? Maybe even pull them off the engine?
