seat swap

Does anyone know if I could swap the front bucket seats out of my 08 scab with seats out of a 09 and up scab? Or could I swap the tracks without modifications? I have a lead on some nice leathers.

Old thread but I want to know too. I kinda like the 09 and up seats better.
