School me on camber adjustment please.

School me on camber please. After repeated trips to alignment shop, why doesn't the factory put the camber adjustment cams on when they built these trucks?

Because it would drive the cost of the truck up. If Ford can save a nickle on every truck they sell, well you can see where the savings add up.
