Default Rusted air filter bolts help?

So I changed my air filter and got some throttle body cleaner. Went to remove the 4 air filter box bolts and they are rusted out! Anybody have any ideas how to remove these and where to get replacements?! Anybody ever encountered this issue? No idea how they rusted I have never sprayed the engine bay off. Thanks team!Rusted air filter bolts help?-photo557.jpgRusted air filter bolts help?-photo353.jpg

I tried to get a wrench around them and the bolts just disintegrated when I apply pressure

Vice grips and let them soak in krill oil or something that penetrates before trying. Be very careful.. they are threaded into plastic.

Thanks, was thinking about trying that should I get replacement bolts? Or just use the vice to tighten them back up

While tech is kind of correct, they thread into metal nuts that are set into those plastic chambers. Like he said, be careful. My bolts on my 07 look nothing like that. My bolts look the same as the bolt on your fuel injector rail bracket. It does appear that all of your bolts are rusty under the hood. I hate to see what the undercarriage looks like.

Undercarriage looks awesome completely rust free and had it undercoated at a Toyota dealership where my mother bought her new Camry about a year ago, it was included in her package but hadn't been done yet and I greased the guy to slide my truck in at the same time cost me $75 bucks, he was all about it and looks and has held up great, highly recommend, he mentioned a tundra recall a few years back where they had to replace all the frames, I guess they coated the new ones with the spray, also I live in Maine and wash my truck once a week, want to see some salt pictures I'll have some, but went and asked the dealer about the bolts and they are available in a set of 4 with a $96 price tag!!! Also a few of the bolts are showing signs of rust but the air box bolts are by far the worst and most notably on the driver side...any reason why more crap flows over that side? While I had the hood up I looked at it and much more crud over the drivers side portion...
