Have you disconnected the battery and let truck relearn everything yet?

Dont use starting fluid, use a propane torch unlit on low it works better and doesn't get all over anything. Even the smallest leak will show up because a gas can be sucked in a liquid has a much harder time doing that.

You may want to try putting the stock intake back on and then reset the PCM. At least then you know you have a set up that should be good. If you still get lean codes with the stock intake then you know something else is wrong like a leaky vacuum hose or something of that nature.
Custom tunes are a great performance mod but make sure you cover your bases first. The tunes may make things worse or mask the underlying cause. Let us know what you find out.
As Brads stated propane is a good way to search for vacuum leaks also.

check the connections on the intake tube, if you replaced the TB then you probably disconnected the MAF and IAT sensor, check to make sure everything is plugged into the intake tube

What about the MAF or PCV?

I'm getting the same codes; already checked for vacuum leaks and cleaned the TB while I was in there. Checking the MAF is my next step.......

Codes P0171 & P0174 are very broad codes. They do not point to one sensor or valve or component like other codes. Here is a list of items for those 2 codes.

Description: The adaptive fuel strategy continuously monitors the fuel delivery hardware. The test fails
when the adaptive fuel tables reach a rich calibrated limit. Refer to Section 1, Powertrain
Control Software Fuel Trim for more information.
Possible
Causes:
Fuel System:
- Damaged or leaking fuel pulse damper
- Fuel filter plugged or dirty
- Damaged or worn fuel pump
- Leaking fuel pump check valve
- Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
- Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
- EVAP canister purge valve is leaking when the canister is clean
- Fuel supply line restricted
- Fuel rail pressure sensor bias
Air Induction System:
- Air leaks after the mass air flow (MAF) sensor
- Vacuum leaks
- PCV system is leaking or the valve is stuck open
- Improperly seated engine oil dipstick
Exhaust System:
- Exhaust leaks in the exhaust manifold gasket or mating gaskets before or near the
HO2S
EGR System:
- Vacuum hose disconnected on exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module
(ESM) applications
- EGR valve tube/gasket leak
- EVR solenoid vacuum leak
Secondary Air Injection:
- Damaged secondary air injection system or a mechanically stuck valve

Damaged or contaminated MAF sensor
