Did you check to see if the drains under the cowl are clogged? If you park under trees then leaves and debris can clog up the drains. And when it rains the water has no where else to go so it ends up in the floor in the exact spots you are talking about. I'd pull the cowl and clean that out as needed if it were me. Good luck.

Just installed mine this past weekend. They installed very easy (I had the cowels off for cleaning and some wire routing work)

The new cowel ends appear to be more of a smooth vinyl type plastic and fit perfectly. I also used new press plugs that came with mine. They look like new.

Default Water leaking through cowling

Hi Duckus832, you may want to check to see if the window block spacers that hold the cowl retainer pins are missing. They plug into the firewall and if they are missing or damaged water can run through the holes and behind the firewall into the cab. There are also several other known issues that cause the water leakage problem you are describing. Keep looking on this forum and you will find the threads. If you end up needing them the part # is 4L3Z-1503296-AB. If you need more info about them or anything to do with the cowling you can message me or call toll free 855-426-9536. Hope this helps. Pull them off and paint them with black krylon fusion spray paint. They shouldn't be hard to remove. Take your time and don't break anything
