Try to find an XL in the bone yard or order a new carpet [Several vendors on E Bay]and upgrade.

My suggestion take out the vinyl and patch it from the back.

I won't suggest duct tape, but I would suggest the black gorilla glue tape haha. Same thing.

You could glue it and reinforce it from the backside, but it will never look perfect. So might as well use black gorilla tape. It would be a lot easier. If you really want it perfect, find a vinyl floor that doesn't have any holes in it. But it's an older truck and maybe you should just live with the minor imperfection.

Not to get off track, but someone must have put some aftermarket FX4 stickers on it.
