Default rpm shift ranges on an 5.4 3 valve

I have an 06 f150 5.4 3 valve with an edge evolution programmer hooked up. My question is when on the extreme setting that comes programed from edge the rpm shift ranges suck lol. I want to create a custom tune for it so it will shift better . The programmer let's you adjust each gears shift rpm range and it's WOT (Wide open throttle) shift rpm range I'm trying to figure out what I should set the ranges at for regular shift and WOT shift for each gear... where can I go to find that kind of information or am I better off sending my programmer to gryphon tunes?
Here what I have done to my motor
K&n cold air intake
Accel coil packs
Edge programmer
Pacesetter long tube headers
Any advice would be appreciated

I would convert it to a Gryphon via your home computer through PHP. Its easy and free (I did and I love it). I run level 2 with the following custom settings:

WOT shifts: 1-2 @ 5000 rpm, 2-3 @ 5000 rpm and 3-4 @ 4700 rpm
WOF: +1.75
Timing: +1 degree (ONLY IF YOU WILL BE RUNNING 91 OCTANE) otherwise leave it alone.
Max Rev: 5500 rpm
Shift firmness set to +4 on all 3 settings
Top speed 125 mph
The rest of the settings set to your correct tire size & gears. These settings really woke my truck up. I am not new to having an Edge Evolution, I have had one on every Ford truck I have owned since 2001. BTW, nice looking truck!

I used custom settings on Level 2. Didn't buy a tune from them. You can adjust values on PHP's canned Gryphon tunes. Same as if it were a Evolution still.

I have a edge evolution cs2 can it be converted to gryphon or just the (1st generation evolutions) for lack of better terminology. Would it even make a difference? 2004 f150 with a CAI and flow master exuast

Just the regular Evolution can be converted, not the CS or CTS. Many threads on this already.
