Default Rough Idle no CEL

I have a 2005 F-150 STX with a 4.6 that has rough idle. I changed the Spark Plugs, Air Filter, Fuel Filter and cleaned the throttle body which was black. I plugged in my scanner but no codes show. Could it be a bad injector or COP?

Our trucks don't have an IAC . The closest thing to an iac our trucks have are the actual throttle
Body motors on the side of the TB. And let me tell you, it is not a cheap fix

The iat sensor is an integral part of the mass air flow (Maf) sensor. If the iat sensor must be replaced , you must replace the Maf sensor . (That's from the Haynes repair manual ) .. Have u tried cleaning your Maf sensor ? I solved a rough idle on my 4.6 by replacing the egr valve after trying basically everything you have.
